The videorigg is available both 18.03.2025 and 19.03.2025. I can see you already made reservetions for the dates in the reservation form :)
There are som new guidelines for renting the video rig.
You need to provide an external harddrive or usb-stick for recording that can be plugged in to the video mixer with usb-c.
We have created a new form that need to be filled. It have two pages.
Page 1 is for those who have not borrowed it before and need obligatoric training on how to use the equipement.
Page 2 is for those who have been through obligatoric training. ISOC have borrowed the equipement before. Therefore you don't need to fill out page 1. URL to the form that also can be filled electronical:

We plan to charge a small community fee of 1000 NOK for covering travel and food expences for the one from NUUG who provides training for new renters, as well as a fee of 1000 NOK for renting the video rig per day, for those previously recived training, to cover costs for potential replacements and eventually purchasing a new video rig some time in the future.
The code to the NUUG storage I will give you in a direct e-mail with instructions on how to unlock and how to lock.

Subject: [NUUG video]Request to reserve video equipment for ISOC event
Dear Team,
Internet Society Norway Chapter (ISOC Norge) plans to host two meeting events at Rebel during 11th and 19th of March 2025. Both days we will be using one of the Rebel's meeting rooms from 17:00 to 20:00.
For these events we require video capturing devices and I write to check the availability of NUUG's video equipment for this particular time period. Therefore, if they are available, I kindly request to allocate them for us.
Also, if there are any procedure in taking over the devices from Rebel storage and handling the devices please let us know too.
