[NUUG fiksgatami] [patch] Small update to the norwegian fixmystreet translation

Hi.  Here is a small update to the nb_NO fixmystreet translation,
mostly to specify the plural forms.  Please apply to CVS, and update
the .po file in the process to include all the latest strings to
translate.  Not sure if the Last-Translator entry should be updated or
not, but decided to err on the safe side and include the change.
