[NUUG fiksgatami] [patch] Teach mapit to return nearest post code from location

I've started on a patch to teach mapit to return the closest post code
from a given location, now available from
<URL: https://github.com/petterreinholdtsen/mapit/tree/nearest_postcode >.

So far it only return a postcode value in the JSON output.  Example
output is available from
<URL: http://mapit-dev.nuug.no/point/4326/10,59 > at the moment.

Not quite sure how to change the HTML output yet.  Suggestions
welcome.
