[NUUG fiksgatami] Emails after four weeks refer to www.writetothem.com - how to change?

The email sent out to problem reporters after four weeks include a
link to www.writetothem.com, which is not working for Norway.  How can
we change this to for example link to
<URL: http://www.norge.no/styresmakter/ > instead?

For our own reference, this is issue
