It is easier than that.  The first two digits in the four digit ID
number (0301 for Oslo) is the fylke-ID.  See
<URL: http://no.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fylkesnummer > for the mapping from
fylke ID to name.

I will look at getting mapit running on fiksgatami-dev.nuug.no today,
and follow your instructions for importing the N5000 data set.
