Right.  I believe it is used once, but I figured it out.  Ward is
"bydel" in Norwegian.

Here is an updated translation, with the admin strings translated as
well.  I also fixed a few typos and bad language strings in the
translation.

Christer should be working on the FAQ this evening, so I hope to see
the first draft tomorrow or tonight.

Very glad to hear you completed my todo list.  I have tested most of
the issues and updated it.  Will continue testing.
