Yes.  I suspect we stop the service completely, assuming it will not
take too long to switch.  How long do you expect such import/update will
take?

It is the font, not the headings.  For the page below, the body text
like "Type: OSM Administrative Boundary Level 4 (O04)" is black squares,
while the "Geometry:" heading is readable.

Look like a good area to us.  I suggest we add it when we update the
boundaries, and skip the manual editing. :)
