System Developer, Internal Systems Opera Mini

Location: Oslo, Norway

Opera is seeking exceptional and experienced system
developers to help develop and maintain Opera Mini statistics system and  
data warehouse.
These systems are essential to support the phenomenal growth rate of Opera  
Mini.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain Opera Mini statistics system and data warehouse.

Requirements:
* Experience working in Linux environments.
* Strong Perl skills.
* Experience with processing vast amounts of data and scalability.
* BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
* Good working knowledge of English, written and spoken.
* Good knowledge of web standards.
* Good knowledge of SQL,(X)HTML, CSS and Javascript.

Ideals (one or more)
* Experience with Hadoop, Apache and mod_perl.
* 3+ years of industry experience developing web applications and/or  
statistics.
