Hvordan bør epost lagres i en NOARK5-database?

I started on a draft proposal for email storage in Noark 5.  Still need
some work, but the basic structure matches my ideas.  I ignored
virksomhetsspesifikkeMetadata for now, to increase the chance of emails
being handled the same way everywhere.

I hope to test this idea using the archive-file script for storing
emails, and a new script to extract emails into a mbox formatted file I
can give to a mail program.  It would make it possible to recreate the
mail archive in a well known format for further processing, should the
need arise. :)

Is the idea to store the email as Hoveddokument and all the individual
attachments in the emails as Vedlegg a good idea?  Is it allowed to have
several Hoveddokument?  I have not yet grasped the variant document
stuff in the spec, so I am unsure if this might be relevant for this use
case. :)
