Correct rel and _links for ny-arkiv?

Right.  I added a test to check all rel links, and found a few that seem
to be missing in the specification.

http://rel.kxml.no/noark5/v4/api/arkivstrukturbasisregistrering
http://rel.kxml.no/noark5/v4/api/arkivstrukturdokumentbeskrivelse
http://rel.kxml.no/noark5/v4/api/arkivstrukturdokumentobjekt

Typos?  I suspect they should look like this (with or without trailing
slash):
