Noark 5 update planned this year

According to an exchange between Visma and Arkivverket, available from
<URL: https://www.mimesbronn.no/request/sporsmal_fra_visma_om_noark_5_tj >,
Øivind Kruse atArkivverket report that a new version of Noark, Noark 5
versjon 5 is planned for this summer.

One of the planned updates is to include new metadata from the service
interface specification.

It further provide a contact at Visma, Harry Myrene, who is obviously
involved in their work related to the service interface.  Perhaps they
would be interested in testing a API client against our implementation?
