Sv: Noark 5v4 til Noark 5v5

Hi,

I am not sure why they changed it. I had a look at the XML standard, and it only shows values with capital letters, but I do not think there is a requirement that they must use capital letters.

Likewise, I think different XML editors likely produce different values, and that could be the reason.
