[NUUG video] License for the Go Open 2008 video (Proposes CC-SA 3 and GPL 2+)

We need to pick a license quickly for the recordings done during Go
Open 2008.  I suggest we pick dual licensing, using Creative Commons
Attribution Share Alike 3.0 and GNU General Public License 2 and
later.  Any protests?  If so, please raise your objections, or we just
move ahead with this choice at the end of this week.
