I made a draft implementation of this, available from
<URL:http://people.skolelinux.no/~pere/goopen-program.html>.  It is a
copy of <URL:http://friprog.no/ez/index.php?/nor/Program>, edited to
include audio and video links.  The image links are still relative,
and thus missing on the skolelinux web server.  This will be fixed if
the file is copied to friprog.no.
