[NUUG fiksgatami] Bug/crash for location based RSS feed

I just ran into this problem visiting
<URL:http://www.fiksgatami.no/rss/l/59.902401,10.794485> via
<URL:http://www.fiksgatami.no/?lat=59%2e902401;lon=10%2e794485>.  I
get internal server error returned to the browser.

This is the message in /var/log/apache2/error.log:

Reloading the URL some times work.  Any idea what is going on here?
