[NUUG fiksgatami] fiksgatami-dev.nuug.no/import broken

fiksgatami-dev.nuug.no/import returns a 500-HTTP-error when i try to
post some data to it ([1]).  When i don't post anything it works as
expected.
Petter Reinholdtsen tried to find out some more, but he could only
find four not where useful lines ([2])
The error is quit easy to understand, """ is not a valid
URL" but has no reference to where the error happened (probably
somewhere in import.pm).
