[NUUG kart] Help to convert a Map for Garmin Base Camp need the Experts

Hi,

I have got some Map material from geodata.npolar.no but it seams like
I am simple to stupid to convert it to a Garmin System. I would like to
track my stay there with the GPS and also use it in case of a 
emgergency.

Would be great if you could help me with that. I have attached the 
folders
