[NUUG fiksgatami] Notes about new fixmystreet version in Norway

Hi.  Here are some notes on problems with the Catalyst version
discovered when I upgraded www.fiksgatami.no today:

User visible

 * Scrolling in the map give wrong charset in the title/subject when
   the list of problems is updated.  The special norwegian characters
   are shown as double UTF-8 encoded characters.

 * http://www.fiksgatami.no/reports/Akershus claim to show 100 problem
   reports on the first screen, but only show 2.

 * Some of the Open311 URLs do not work any more.  This do not work:
   http://maps.google.com/?q=http://www.fiksgatami.no/open311.cgi/v2/requests.rss%3Fjurisdiction_id%3Dfiksgatami.no%26status%3Dopen%26agency_responsible%3D1854
   Changing 'open311.cgi' to 'open311' work.

Admin pages

 * http://www.fiksgatami.no/admin/council_list do not work.  SQL
   related crash.

 * The questionare results are bogus, 0 is claimed to never have
   contacted the goverment before ("Ikke rapportert tidligere" ie "not
   reported earlier".

 * The graph showing problems per day is not working/updated.

I suspect most of these should be reported as bugs or solved by us in
Norway by sending patches.
