As far as I can see it ODbL section 4.3 would actually require OSM to credit them in one way or another, and the copyright page is the best way.
The "OpenStreetMap contributors" link at the bottom right of the map points to http://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright

I don't see any problems with CC By 4.0 and ODbL
