The Bokmal translation of keyboard names in console-data currently consists of a simple copy of "english" names of keyboard maps.
This means that while using nbas language when installing Debian, the keyboard map is prompted by listing something like this:
es la-latin1 fi-latin1 .../... no-latin1 (which is the default)
It is recommended to *really* translate the keyboard map names to natural language names such as:
Spanish Latin Finnish Latin-1 .../... Norwegian Latin-1 and so on
The Last-Translator mentioned in this file is Bjørn Steensrud bjornst@powertech.no. Bjørn, could you update this translation accordingly ? If so:
-please i18n-no in copy of your "yes" answer so that other norwegian translators know the work is being done (I don't know if you're subscribed to this list) -once done, please send the new nb.po file as a bug report against the Debian console-data package. Of you're not aware of the appropriate method for this, please just send it to me..:-)
PS : The Nynorsk translation by Håvard Korsvoll is fine for this package. Nynorsk rulez, here..:-)
