looking to the scripty log (ftp://l10n.kde.org/logs/070909.trunk_l10n-kde4) the po files in the directories nb/, nn/ and se/ still have the initial default headers, e.g.:

Please configure the profile in kbabel (and catalog manager). This will hopefully edit the headers properly to look a bit like:
