Hi, i forgot to warn you about that when the decission was made, sorry.
There will be no more KDE 4.2.x releases so translating "core KDE" directories on stable of kde4 makes no sense as of now (ok some distros might pick the improved messages and stuff, but anyway). Of course translating non core like KOffice and etc might be correct assuming they schedule includes new stable releases.
