I tried to fix the date issue in the norwegian locales. The output from showdates.sh is now:
showdates.sh nb_NO.UTF-8 nn_NO.UTF-8 Format '' Man. 6. aug 16:56:33 CEST 2007 Må. 6. aug 16:56:33 CEST 2007 Format '+%c' 06. aug 2007 kl. 16.56 CEST 06. aug 2007 kl. 16.56 CEST Format '+%x' 06. aug. 2007 06. aug. 2007 Format '+%X' kl. 16.56 CEST kl. 16.56 CEST
Is this correct, or should something be changed?
Hm, I can't see that someone has replied to this?
As stated in the bug report http://bugs.skolelinux.no/show_bug.cgi?id=102#c1 all days should be two letters and a period and all months (except Mars, april, mai, juni og juli) should be three letters and a period. The new link to the FAQ:

If I try to use this knowledge the correct output should have been
# showdates.sh nb_NO.UTF-8 nn_NO.UTF-8 Format '' Ma. 6. aug. 16:56:33 CEST 2007 Må. 6. aug. 16:56:33 CEST 2007 Format '+%c' 06. aug. 2007 kl. 16.56 CEST 06. aug. 2007 kl. 16.56 CEST [cut the two last formats which seems to be correct]
