[i18n-no] Tegnsett for apt

Hei,

jeg trodde standard tegnsett for .po/.pot-filer var UTF-8, men nå ser jeg at i18n/other/en/apt.pot, i18n/other/nb/apt.po og i18n/other/nn/apt.po alle bruker ISO-8859-1. Bør vi (jeg) konvertere disse til UTF-8?
