We've moved the base-config, tasksel, and debconf repos to the alioth replacement, as part of its beta test program, since these are small projects with only a few committers. If you're in one of these projects and cannot access costa.wiggy.net, ping wiggy for access. Anonymous access also works.
To switch, just replace svn.debian.net with costa.wiggy.net in the uris to the repository; you can use svn switch --relocate to switch over to the new location easily.
