During the installation you may choose between Nynorsk, Bokmål and Samisk as standard.
I chose 
Nynorsk.
When the installation was completed, the language was changed to Bokmål, and for each 
user I had to manually enter Nynorsk as user language.
I installed several times and 
experienced the same bug each time.
