Terance Sola has translated the installer for Ubuntu. As far as I know, the installer is the same for Sarge. Colin Watson (colin.watson@canonical.com) should know about this.

Hm, so no-one replied for Norwegian Bokmål (nb) yet. That is sad.
I do not follow debian-i18n, and do not plan to do it either. I am not really the coordinator for this language, thought I've pushed the translators a bit earlier. I want others to take responsibility, as I am busy with lots of other tasks.
