Bug Squashing party for Debian and Ubuntu
Would you like to contribute to free software as Debian, Skolelinux and Ubuntu with error correction or translation? Join the bug squashing party and you might remove a bug from your favorite programs for good?
It will be a workshop to learn more on contributing to Debian and Ubuntu the last weekend in Mai . This happens in cooperation between NUUG, the Skolelinux project and Bitraf. The tv station project Frikanalen is of course invited.
Bring your laptop with Debian or Ubuntu installed and join us at Bitraf in Oslo, Youngs gate 6. We are starting 11 o'clock both Mai 30 and 31. There are no special knowledge required for joining the party. You should bring courage and positive attitude to get most out of the days :)
There is room for 30 people at the site, and it is important that you report your intention to join to allow us to keep track of the number of participants. More information and the list of participants (please put your name in the list or send us an email if you do not want to create a wiki account) is available from a wiki page at Debian[1]. There is no fee to join and it is open for everyone, independent of NUUG membership.

Feilfiksingsfest for Debian og Ubuntu
Har du lyst ? bidra til fri programvare som Debian, Skolelinux og Ubuntu med feilretting eller oversetting? Bli med ? forbedre favorittprogrammene du bruker. Kanskje vil du fjerne en irriterende feil for godt?
Siste helgen i mai arrangeres verksted for ? l?re og bidra til Debian og Ubuntu. Dette skjer i samarbeide mellom foreningen NUUG, Skolelinux-prosjektet og Bitraf. TV-stasjonsprosjektet Frikanalen er selvsagt invitert.
Ta med deg din b?rbare med Debian eller Ubuntu installert, og m?t opp l?rdag 30. mai klokka 11 p? Bitraf i Oslo, Youngs gate 6. Det er ingen spesielle krav til forh?ndskunnskaper. Men du m? ta med p?gangsmot og positiv innstilling for ? f? mest mulig ut av dagen. :)
Det er plass til 30 stykker i lokalet, s? det er viktig at du melder din ankomst slik at vi klarer ? holde tellingen. Mer informasjon og deltagerliste (skriv deg inn selv eller send oss epost hvis du ikke vil lage deg wiki-konto) er tilgjengelig fra wikiside hos Debian[1]. Arrangementet er gratis og ?pent for alle uavhengig av NUUG-medlemskap.

Who are behind the event
NUUG is a 30 year old Norwegian national member association with focus on free software, open standards and unix like operating systems.
Skolelinux/Debian Edu is a 13 year old international project to create a free software solution for schools based on Debian.
Frikanalen is the Norwegian open channel where anyone can have their video broadcasted on national television. It is administrated and is transmitting television using mostly self developed Free Software.
Bitraf is a hackerspace open 7 days a week providing a place to be for those interested in programming, digital art, electronics, free software, developing games and similar activities.

Veldig bra.
Er det noen som vet om prosjekter på Transifex som er egnet for Ole-Eriks kompetanse på engelsk til norsk-oversetting via Transifex? Skolelinux-spesifikke ting er nesten komplette nå takket være den fantastiske innsatsen ved tidligere samlinger, så vi trenger nye oppgaver. :)
Eg har fått god hjelp på denne lista når eg står fast. Nå kan du sjå det ferdige resultatet, som er handboka til LibreOffice Math. Dette er eit program for å redigere og skrive inn formlar. Du finn Math under Handbøker --- versjon 4.4 på http://www.stuestoel.no/office/doku/dokumentasjon.php. Både som PDF og ODT.
Det er såpass mange år sidan er var aktiv innan matematikken, så det finst truleg ein del omsetjingsfeil. Hadde vore fint om noen ville tatt på seg å lese gjennom, særleg Tillegg A som er eit oversyn over alle kommandoane i Math.
Planen var å køyre dokumentet gjennom programmet Pology for å halde språket i omsetjingane mine innføre retningslinjene for omsetjinga, men programmet krasja ein del andre program i maskinen, så eg ga det opp. Noen som har lyst til å rette handboka? Det er fritt fram. (For den tekniske: Installerte Pology på Windows 7 med Cygwin. Programma som krasja var også på Cygwin).
