      Dear Cinelerra Translators,
Most of cinelerra translations are outdated and there is no control over 
string changes inside the code.
Cinelerra has some native translations.
I made a list of our 'last translators'.
they are:

There is other translation in svn not even included in LINGUAS file:
nb.po
I think that would be a good thing to have mantainers for each language, 
and 'announces' for string changes in code.
I talked to herman about this issue, and we could organize better our 
translation work.
I can help on fixing some of these translation issues
